About the Course

Course Description : This course provides a clear and systematic understanding of how funds are legally constituted and structured in the Hong Kong market. Participants will gain the ability to accurately identify, describe, and differentiate between the core legal and structural components of any fund domiciled or marketed in Hong Kong. By examining the key features and regulatory frameworks of various fund vehicles, attendees will develop the competence to analyze and compare fund structures with confidence


Audience: This course is designed for professionals in the funds or related financial services industry who currently lack a foundational understanding of fund legal structures. It is also highly suitable for new hires and cross-functional staff who need to get up to speed quickly and build essential technical knowledge from the ground up, as well as full-time university students seeking to enter the funds sector


Duration: 2.5 -Hour Intensive class
