AI-Powered Fund Operations Training Series -
Transform Your Expertise: AI-Powered Fund Operations – Optimizing Investor Onboarding/KYC and Investor Dealing/Capital Call (Supporting Organization - Cyberport)

关于课程

About the Course - This is an AI+ course that bridges the gap between deep fund industry knowledge and practical AI application. Unlike generic AI training, this programme is designed specifically for fund operations professionals who want to tackle real-world challenges head-on.

What makes this course different? We don't just teach AI concepts in isolation. Every module connects current industry pain points—from cumbersome investor onboarding and KYC processes to inefficient investor dealing and capital call workflows—with targeted AI solutions that you can implement immediately.

Through practical case studies based on real-life examples, you will see exactly how generative and agentic AI can transform daily fund administration tasks. You won't just learn theory; you will practice with your own device, building a dedicated prompt library tailored to fund operations scenarios.

A key differentiator: Before the course, all participants will receive a pre-course questionnaire to identify their specific needs and operational pain-points. Based on the most frequently raised issues, our four lecturers will select two pain-points for group exercises, ensuring the training is directly relevant to what you face in your daily work.

AI Tools for the Course - Our lecturers will use Claude AI and ChatGPT as the primary tools to illustrate key concepts and demonstrate practical AI applications in fund operations.

Participants are expected to bring their own device with their preferred AI tools installed and ready for the group exercises.

Supporting Organization - Cyberport

Target Audience - This programme is designed for operations managers, fund accountants, investor relations teams, customer service, and compliance professionals working in the Hong Kong fund industry who want to immediately apply AI tools to reduce errors and accelerate daily workflow.

Pre-Course Survey - After registration, all participants will receive a pre-course survey designed to tailor the training experience to your specific needs. The survey includes questions covering:

-  Your AI experience – from beginner to advanced

-  Your specific pain points – cases and scenarios you want the lecturers to address

After collecting all the submitted cases from participants, our four lecturers will review them and select two frequently raised pain-points to be used as the focused group exercise during the afternoon interactive session.
